Dr. LaKisha James serves as the Executive Director of OTTI (Optics Teacher Training Institute) and proudly represents Liberia. She has the distinct honor once again of training the remarkable students in Liberia, focusing on The Art of Public Speaking and Persuasive Communication. With many years of experience, Dr. James has dedicated herself to mastering and sharing the skills of effective speaking and communication.
